A Family Affair

The week before Easter I was lucky enough to be able to work in NY and stay with my grandparents for the week. I am very grateful for both the opportunity to work with my very wonderful company's CEO, and for the opportunity to stay with my family and spend a regular work week with them. I got to spend some one-on-one time with Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins, especially little baby Gianna! From that oh so happy face you can tell she's thrilled to see me too! lol

Once the work week was over I headed back up to Cape Cod MA for an Easter celebration with Bryan and the MA half of the family. We were blessed with a gorgeous day and decided to take advantage of it by being silly in the backyard and at the beach!

Bryan was a great sport through it all, he definitely played "Ferro" this weekend.

All Ferros sported our solid color T-shirts (Thanks to Mom and A.C. Moore) so we could get these great, colorful, and fun photos.

Then of course we had to incorporate the Easter Bunny's eggs into the mix and bring our silly selves to the camera lens.

The food provided by my parents that night was incredible. I'm pretty sure my stomach still hasn't fully recovered from that meal, and I didn't have to eat again until dinner on Monday night, but it was totally worth it!

The Guys

These are the guys!
They are the wonderful people that, when I drag my butt out of bed on a Cape Sunday morning, I am fortunate enough to stand next to.
I don't stand too close though, because besides the very flammable container of gasoline that George is carrying in this pic, they also all have shotguns...
but when I'm with them I have my gun too...
so I guess it's all ok.

Gotta love a Sunday morning at the range with a blazing fire to keep our trigger fingers from freezing! :)
