The Every Day

I am still surprised sometimes when I realize that I'm a grown-up!

Some days I seriously still feel like I should be getting up at 6:30am and heading off to Nauset High School, and other days I feel like I'm a million years removed from those currently students at my Alma-mater!

Grown-up life comes with a lot of large responsibilities of course, but sometimes it's the smallest things that hit me...like this scene in my kitchen this morning:

Just a drying rack, with kitchen items drying away, yet somehow it means "grown-up" to me....

I didn't say it was gonna make sense people!
